I have worked 30 plus years in the Las Vegas construction markets (residential and light and heavy commercial).
Retired Union Carpenter. Worked in the field for about the last 14 years as a
foreman, general foreman and superintendent on both remodels and new
construction.
At Century Electric my responsibilities include: scheduling
manpower, ensuring that project schedules are met, resolving design issues and,
in general, I make sure that the General Contractors and their/our Clients
are pleased with our production and workmanship.
Working for Century has been a good challenge as my responsibilities are greater than what they've ever been in the past. The staff is enthusiastic and the high amount of production keeps everyone on their toes and the morale high. What's also encouraging is that despite the "bad" economy we've been getting plenty of work and we've been expanding.
